COERR Foundation support the environmental conservation, solve the problem of global warming and have policy to replace the use of plastic bags in order to minimize plastic waste.

   On February 14, 2020, COERR Mae Sot supported youth in Ban Umpiem Temporary Shelter in Tak Province’s Phop Phra District, to make cotton bags which are reusable, instead of the single - use plastic bags.

   The objectives were to raise awareness of youth’s participation in reducing plastic waste and global warming. There were 50 young people attending this cloth bag making campaign, consisting of 33 male and 17 female.
